01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the JL558 website, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. You also agree to our Privacy Policy and any other policies published on the JL558 platform, all of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms apply immediately upon registration and continue to apply for as long as you hold an active JL558 account. If any part of these Terms conflicts with a specific game rule or promotion rule published on JL558, the specific rule for that game or promotion will apply, but only to the extent of the conflict.

02 Eligibility

To create and use a JL558 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. JL558 strictly prohibits underage gambling. Providing false age information is a serious violation that will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and during gameplay. Players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited may not use JL558.
• You must be playing on your own behalf and not acting as an agent or intermediary for a third party.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or family member of a JL558 employee or contractor, unless explicitly authorised in writing.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by JL558 or any affiliated gaming regulator.
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Philippine law.

JL558 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time, including identity documents, proof of address, and proof of age. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals.

03 Account Registration

One Account Per Player

Each player may register only one account on JL558. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or devices — is strictly prohibited. If JL558 identifies duplicate accounts, all accounts may be suspended and any accumulated balances, winnings, or bonuses may be forfeited without prior notice.

Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering your JL558 account. This includes your legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment account details. The name on your JL558 account must match exactly the name on your GCash, Maya, or bank account — mismatches will delay or prevent withdrawals.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your JL558 login credentials. Never share your username and password with anyone. JL558 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact JL558 support immediately and change your password.

All activities conducted through your JL558 account while logged in — regardless of whether it was actually you — will be treated as your actions and your responsibility.

KYC Verification

JL558 is required to verify player identities under applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gaming requirements. You may be asked to submit a valid government-issued ID (UMID, passport, driver's licence, voter's ID, or SSS/PhilHealth card), a selfie with your ID, and proof of address. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals above certain thresholds will trigger mandatory KYC checks.

04 Deposits and Payments

All amounts on JL558 are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). JL558 does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not apply currency conversion charges.

Accepted Deposit Methods

Deposit Conditions

Deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — funds sent from an account belonging to someone other than the registered JL558 account holder — are not permitted and will be returned, minus any transaction fees incurred. Repeated third-party deposit attempts may result in account suspension.

JL558 does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the deposit screen before you confirm a transaction.

05 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available JL558 balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible, or to a verified account in your name.

Verification Requirement

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). First-time withdrawals and any single withdrawal above ₱50,000 will require document submission before processing. JL558 will not process withdrawals to accounts that do not match the name on the JL558 account.

Processing Times

Once approved, withdrawal processing times are approximately:

• GCash / Maya: within 24 hours (often same day)
• BDO / BPI / UnionBank: 1–3 business days
• Visa / Mastercard: 3–5 business days

Processing times may be extended during public holidays, periods of high withdrawal volume, or where additional verification is required. JL558 will notify you by email or in-platform message if your withdrawal is delayed beyond the standard timeframe.

Wagering of Deposited Funds

JL558 reserves the right to require that deposited funds be wagered at least once before a withdrawal is processed, to prevent money laundering through the platform. This condition does not apply to withdrawals of winnings earned from non-bonus funds where no bonus was active during the session.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

JL558 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players. All bonuses are subject to their individual terms, which are published alongside each offer. The following general conditions apply to all JL558 promotions unless an offer's specific terms state otherwise.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier of the bonus amount (for example, 30x means you must wager the bonus amount thirty times). Wagering with bonus funds counts toward the requirement at the rate specified in the offer terms — some game types (such as live dealer tables) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.

Bonus Abuse

JL558 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, making deposits solely to claim a bonus with no genuine play intention, placing low-risk bets specifically to meet wagering requirements, and exploiting errors in bonus terms. Players found to have abused JL558 promotions will have their bonus funds voided, and their accounts may be suspended permanently.

Bonus Expiry

All JL558 bonuses have an expiry period, after which unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from your account. Expiry dates are stated in each offer's terms. It is your responsibility to check these before opting in.

07 Gameplay and Betting Rules

All JL558 games use certified random number generator (RNG) technology or physically operated live dealer equipment that is independently audited for fairness. The results of all games on the JL558 platform are genuinely random and are not influenced by JL558, its staff, or any third party.

Bet Confirmation

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the JL558 system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. It is your responsibility to verify the bet amount, game selection, and any applicable settings before confirming. JL558 is not liable for bets placed in error by the player.

Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction or software error that affects a game outcome, JL558 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player balances. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is the governing principle. JL558 will notify affected players as soon as practicable.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Each game on JL558 has its own minimum and maximum stake limits, displayed within the game interface before betting begins. JL558 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time. Players who attempt to circumvent stake limits through bet splitting or other methods may have their accounts reviewed.

Sports Betting and Live Betting

For sports betting and live in-play markets, odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. JL558 will honour the odds displayed at the exact moment your bet was accepted by the system, regardless of subsequent changes. JL558 reserves the right to suspend markets, limit individual player bet sizes, or void bets where an obvious pricing error has occurred.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the JL558 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering or operating more than one JL558 account
• Using false, misleading, or another person's identity information during registration or KYC
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with JL558 games or systems
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including sharing game information in live dealer or multiplayer games
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain
• Placing bets with funds derived from criminal activity (money laundering)
• Charging back a GCash, Maya, or card deposit after using the funds to gamble
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing JL558 staff or other players through any communication channel
• Accessing the JL558 platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited

09 Account Suspension and Termination

JL558 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• The player has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• JL558 suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of the platform
• The player has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• The player has requested self-exclusion through the JL558 Responsible Gaming tools
• JL558 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or licensing authority directive

Upon account closure for any reason other than player-initiated self-exclusion, JL558 will review any remaining balance and, if no investigation is pending, return verified funds to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Balances associated with bonus funds or under active investigation may be withheld pending resolution.

You may close your own JL558 account at any time by contacting our support team at support@jl558.app. Please note that closing your account does not cancel any pending bets that were placed before the closure request.

10 Responsible Gaming

JL558 is committed to responsible gaming. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a financial strategy or a way to cope with personal difficulties. We provide the following tools to help players stay in control:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your JL558 account.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the JL558 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and audio-visual elements — is the intellectual property of JL558 or its licensed third-party providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any JL558 content without prior written permission.

Game content is licensed to JL558 by third-party game developers and studios. All rights in those games remain with the respective developers. Your use of JL558 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and play the games for personal entertainment purposes only.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, JL558, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses arising from gambling, including any lost bets or unsuccessful game outcomes
• Interrupted or unavailable service due to scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond our control
• Loss or corruption of data resulting from third-party system failures or cyberattacks
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages of any kind arising from your use of the JL558 platform

JL558's total liability to any player for any claim arising from platform use shall not exceed the amount deposited by the player in the 30 days preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or personal injury caused by JL558's negligence.

14 Changes to These Terms

JL558 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date at the top.

Your continued use of the JL558 platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account before the effective date.

For significant changes affecting your rights — such as changes to withdrawal policies, wagering requirements, or self-exclusion procedures — JL558 will provide additional notice through the in-platform notification centre and registered email address.

15 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, your JL558 account, or your use of the platform shall first be addressed through our internal customer support process.

If a dispute is not resolved through support within 30 days of your initial complaint, either party may escalate to formal resolution through the applicable Philippine regulatory body or, by mutual written agreement, through binding arbitration in Metro Manila, Philippines.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding relating to the JL558 platform shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Philippines, and you submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
